A funeral ceremony honoring the life of Dan Ross Kramer will be held Saturday, October 31, 2020 at the RiverCrest Chapel and Event Center in Bixby. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 PM Thursday, October 29, 2020, also at RiverCrest. A loving husband and father, Dan passed away Sunday morning, October 25, 2020 at his Tulsa residence. He was 74.
Dan was born on May 18, 1946 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Ross and Edith Kramer. He earned his law degree from the University of Tulsa in 1974. Throughout his career, Dan was passionate about helping people as a defense attorney.
On May 11, 1984, Dan married the love of his life, Vickie Kramer. He enjoyed spending time with those he loved - and had a special love for his grandchildren. Dan had a deep love for animals, always known to be feeding the birds and other wildlife at his office.
Dan will be remembered for his generosity to all, as well as his love for the St. Louis Cardinals and Mickey Mouse. Dan loved to share Mickey Mouse with everyone! His hundreds of Mickey Mouse ties will not soon be forgotten. To know Dan was to love him.
Surviving family include his wife of 37 years, Vickie Kramer; his two daughters, Dawn Moody and husband, Chad of Tulsa, and Wendy Plew and husband, Brett of Kalamazoo, Michigan; five grandchildren: Chase and Brynn Moody of Tulsa; and Emma Grile, Daniel Grile, and Hensley Plew, all of Kalamazoo, Michigan.
