Cliff passed from this life on Sunday, May 8, 2022. He was 81. No services are currently planned.
Born September 14, 1940, in Augusta, Georgia, Cliff was the son of Braxton Wiggins, Sr. and Lavenia (Beaulieu) Wiggins. Raised in his birth community, Cliff was one of the Wiggins’ nine children. Following high school, he joined the United States Army and was stationed in Germany between the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Following his time in the service, Cliff would make Tulsa, Oklahoma his home.
In Tulsa, Cliff began a long and successful career as a salesman. Always investing to make himself better at his trade, Cliff was an avid reader and, to a point, was self-educated and self-made. When he wasn’t working, Cliff enjoyed traveling, buying and selling at flea markets, and being outdoors. He loved animals. He always had dogs, cats, and even kept goats for a time. Cliff was unique, intelligent, strong and strong-willed. He was loved and he will be missed.
Cliff passed from this life on Sunday, May 8, 2022. He was 81.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; brothers: B.W., Jr., Gary, Jim, Mack, and Richard; sisters: Margie Reese, and Laura Willis; a step-son, George.
He is survived by: his wife, Twyla Mae Wiggins; sister, Carolyn Symonds and husband Charlie, daughter, Cynthia Lemons and husband, Jim and grandson, Michael Lemons; step-daughter, Sissy Richmond; grandchildren: Quinton Lofton and wife, Lindsey, Jessica Ballard and husband, Windle, Brittany Richmond, Brian Richmond and wife, Tabitha, Hailee Richmond, and Hannah Richmond; great-grandchildren: Tyler, Katie, Leah, Hollis, Malix, Bentlee, Zaylee, Coy, Eva, and Elliott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
